On February 19, 2015, a reception was held at our Jeddah headquarters to honor the SAS Fire Protection Department and to bid a fond farewell to Mr. Imad Rassas, Head of our Automation Department.
Our Fire Team has been selected as the 2014 SAS Team of the Year in recognition of its outstanding work quality, high level of innovation, and expert fulfillment of numerous prestigious projects.

A Special Recognition was bestowed on Angel Tepace in 2012, on the occasion of his retirement from SAS.
A Senior Executive with our Building Management Systems Department in Riyadh, Mr. Tepace has served the company since 1989, as an outstanding project manager and client-relations administrator.
January 10, 2012
In January 2012, the first-ever SAS Award was bestowed on Waheed Jilani, recognizing him as the 2011 Employee of the Year.
A Technical Manager with our Fire Protection Department, Mr. Jilani was named Employee of the Year equally for being a hard worker and team player, and an exceptional engineer noted for his innovative ideas.

In early 2012, close to 50 SAS engineers and site supervisors received advanced trainings in project estimation, design, installation, testing, and maintenance from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
Also in 2012, key SAS personnel received various certification and re-certification trainings, provided by Kidde Fire Systems, Notifier (Honeywell), and Chemguard.
